Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled call or session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us both the space to adjust and honor our time commitments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled, unless otherwise agreed upon. I understand life happens! If something unexpected comes up, just communicate with me honestly and we’ll find a path forward. If multiple cancellations or reschedules occur consistently, we’ll revisit our scheduling approach to make sure the support structure is truly working for you.
