This is the deep-dive foundation we build everything else on. Over the course of this phase, we identify what’s broken, what’s missing, and what’s working. We then rebuild your operations into something reliable, sustainable, and scalable. This is for the business owner who feels buried in the day-to-day and needs breathing room fast. Includes: Initial systems audit & integration Unlimited text and messaging support One 30-minute call per week Custom document creation Action plan development Team management guidance Process establishment and system setup Light personal development support to help you lead with clarity This phase is designed to correct chaos and create clarity, allowing you to finally feel supported, in control, and ready to grow.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled call or session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us both the space to adjust and honor our time commitments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled, unless otherwise agreed upon. I understand life happens! If something unexpected comes up, just communicate with me honestly and we’ll find a path forward. If multiple cancellations or reschedules occur consistently, we’ll revisit our scheduling approach to make sure the support structure is truly working for you.
