Service Description
For the business owner who just needs a steady touchpoint to keep things on track. We’ll meet every other week to review systems, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure your team and tools stay aligned. You’re not in crisis and you get to keep it that way. Includes: One 30-minute call every other week Unlimited messaging support Light action plan reviews Process touch-ups and oversight No heavy implementation, just ongoing clarity and support
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled call or session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us both the space to adjust and honor our time commitments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled, unless otherwise agreed upon. I understand life happens! If something unexpected comes up, just communicate with me honestly and we’ll find a path forward. If multiple cancellations or reschedules occur consistently, we’ll revisit our scheduling approach to make sure the support structure is truly working for you.
